The brief was to design an area of the site we could house mental health information for customers to tie in with the new radio and tv ad campaign.

The process

In this project I worked alongside the lead UX designer advising him on components that would suit, and problem solving when components would not fit. I also was lead UI designer on the project, as well as leading some playback sessions. I am proud of the final result and we worked hard as a team to overcome testing and build issues with the content team by setting up a rigorous UAT testing phase.

Wireframing and UI

The hub area obviously had to follow the same brand guidelines and component library rules as the rest of the site so sometimes this is challenging to get the most of the site. We worked alongside the print team and brand to shoot and select images that would suit both offline and online communications.
