The clinics section of the Bupa website has a main product, health assessments.
The booking tool allows people without health insurance to book health assessments, private GP appointments, mole checks, physiotherapy and other appointments on a pay as you go system.

The booking tool allows people without health insurance to book private GP appointments, health assessments, mole checks, physiotherapy and other appointments on a pay as you go system. It was great to work on this as I first worked on this 4 years ago when i first started at Bupa. I designed the full journey and when it come to updating I also got to design new tests and new features.
The consumer booking tool created a surge of health assessment bookings when it was first launched and continues to bring in revenue to the clinics side of the business as their online way of selling to both B2B and consumers.
