The business redesign project was a 12 week project run to update the existing business section on the site.
The process
The business redesign project was a great opportunity for me to run playback sessions to a large and varied group and also carry out user testing.
The project was run in a 12 week agile sprint. I was there throughout every phase right up to build testing and go live so it was really great to see the project grow arms and legs.
Design and build
Although we had teething problems with go live, the project was ran smoothly with scheduled playbacks each week for stakeholders to feed back on. We did a number of user testing sessions on this specific project and I was able to help conduct research with the other UX designers.
